About MPSeDC Tender Portal
MPSeDC Tender Portal runs the full government tender lifecycle — from publishing a notice to awarding a contract — in one transparent, auditable workflow.
What the platform does
MPSeDC Tender Portal lets procurement authorities publish tenders, accept bidder enrolments, collect and process bids, and run rule-based evaluation. Every published tender lists its key dates, eligibility criteria, required documents, fees, and inviting authority so bidders can decide and prepare quickly.
How evaluation works
Eligibility, compliance, scoring, and L1/QCBS ranking are decided by deterministic rules, not opinion. Bids are opened in sealed stages — technical before financial — and every decision is reproducible from the stored record, so an award can always be explained and audited.
Principles we hold
- Transparency. Published tenders and corrigenda are open to view.
- Bidder isolation. One bidder can never see another's documents, quotes, or evaluation details.
- Procurement-stage confidentiality. Financial bids stay sealed until the authorised opening stage.
- Auditability. Critical actions are recorded in an append-only audit trail.
Who it is for
Procurement officers who publish and evaluate tenders, and bidders — companies or individuals — who browse opportunities and submit applications. Visitors can browse the public catalogue without an account.
