Privacy Policy
How the platform collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: 24 June 2026
Information we collect
- Account and contact details you provide during registration.
- Organisation and KYC particulars (for example PAN, GST, registration number).
- Documents and bid information you submit for a tender.
- Technical data such as log and audit records needed to operate the service securely.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the procurement workflow — verifying your identity, processing enrolments and bids, running evaluation, and maintaining an auditable record. We do not sell your personal information.
Confidentiality and sharing
Bidder data is isolated: other bidders cannot access your documents, quotes, or evaluation details. Information is shared only with authorised procurement roles for the stage they are permitted to handle, and as required by law.
Security
Access is controlled by role and procurement stage, financial bids stay sealed until the authorised opening, and critical actions are recorded in an append-only audit trail. Sensitive fields are masked in logs and audit snapshots.
Retention
Records needed to reproduce and audit a procurement decision are retained as required by applicable rules. Temporary processing artefacts are cleaned up while originals and audited evidence are preserved.
Your choices
You can review and update your organisation and contact details from your profile. Because procurement records must remain auditable, some information cannot be deleted while it is part of an active or completed tender.
